These Terms govern your use of gentleherd.com and your purchase of products from Gentle Herd. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer rights in the country or state where you live are not limited by these Terms.

1. Store and account use

Provide accurate checkout and account information, keep account credentials confidential and use the site only for lawful purposes. We may refuse or cancel an order where fraud, abuse, an obvious pricing error or inability to fulfill is identified.

2. Products and pricing

We work to keep product titles, images, variants and prices accurate. Colors may look different on different displays, and availability can change. The product page and checkout are the source of truth at the time of purchase.

3. Payment and checkout

At the time of this update, checkout displays PayPal as the accepted payment method. The options shown at checkout control what can be used for the order. Shipping charges, taxes and any duties collected at checkout are shown before order confirmation.

Payment credentials are processed by Shopify and the payment provider. Do not send payment-card numbers or passwords to Gentle Herd by email.

4. Shipping

Processing and transit estimates, destination coverage, fees and customs responsibility are set out in our Shipping Policy. The checkout total for the selected destination is authoritative.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy. That policy explains the 28-day window, condition requirements, authorized-return process, costs and refund timing.

6. Intellectual property

Gentle Herd or its licensors own the brand marks, original text, graphics, images and other content on the site. Do not copy or use that content without written permission.

7. Third-party services

Shopify, PayPal, carriers, analytics tools and other providers may operate parts of the service. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site and products are provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or a product. Nothing in these Terms excludes a liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights that already apply to a confirmed order.
