Gentle Herd is an online, direct-to-consumer apparel brand built around a quieter approach to everyday dressing.

Our business model

We curate and sell knitwear and selected apparel through gentleherd.com. We work with manufacturing and supply partners, present the current assortment online, accept orders through Shopify checkout, arrange fulfillment and delivery, and provide customer care before and after purchase.

Our online model lets us keep product information, variant availability and pricing in one place. The product page is the source of truth for the current color, size, price and stock shown at the time you shop.

What we offer

Our collections include sweaters, cardigans, tops, coats, dresses, trousers and accessories, together with care and editorial guides. We describe a material, certification, measurement or performance characteristic only when it is supported by the product information or documentation available to us.

How we work

Online first: product discovery, ordering and service are provided through our website.
Partner production: we coordinate with supply and manufacturing partners rather than operating a public retail showroom.
Considered service: our Client Services team is available for product, order, delivery and return questions.
