To ensure that every Cashmere/wool item is up to our high standard, we need 3 business days to process your order to ship. The delivery time usually needs to be 7–15 business days. You can use the tracking number we send to you to follow the order status on our website or official shipping carrier website.
We provide free shipping for your purchase over $199, and all duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, and there are no additional charges upon delivery. *Free shipping not available for some particular countries. Please refer to the shipping country charts from below.
