Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If a piece isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange it.
How to Return
- Email support@gentleherd.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
- We process refunds within 5 business days of receipt, back to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
- US customers: Free returns. We provide a prepaid label with your authorization email.
- International customers: Customer covers return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.
- Wrong / damaged / defective items: We cover return shipping worldwide and ship a replacement at no charge.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the new item directly and returning the original — this guarantees you get what you want before stock runs out.
Final Sale
Items marked "FINAL SALE" (clearance, gift cards, customized pieces) are not eligible for return or exchange. Final-sale status is shown on the product page before purchase.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before they enter our shipping queue. After that, please follow the standard return process.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are paid at delivery and are the customer's responsibility. We are not able to refund these on returned orders.
