How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us first at support@gentleherd.com before sending any return.
Include the following details in your email:
Order number
Reason for return or exchange
Clear product photos (showing the issue or condition)
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Ship your item(s) back in their original packaging, unused and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Original tags and packaging are required.
Please provide a return tracking number after shipping.
Shipping fees and protection plans are non-refundable.
Gentleherd reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above requirements.
Refund
Refunds may take up to 5 business days after inspection to appear in your account (depending on your payment provider).
If your refund amount exceeds the original order value, please provide your PayPal account for the remaining balance.
