Payment Methods

Accepted method

At the time of this update, the Gentle Herd checkout displays PayPal as the accepted payment method. The checkout page is authoritative if available methods change.

Our footer displays only the payment icon supplied by Shopify for the enabled method. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and other icons are not presented unless the corresponding method is enabled and selectable at checkout.

Before you confirm payment

Checkout shows the order total, shipping fee and any taxes or duties collected there before you place the order. If a customs or import charge is not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible under our Shipping Policy.

Security

Payment is processed through Shopify and PayPal over HTTPS/TLS. Do not email full card numbers, PayPal passwords or account passwords. For payment questions, contact support@gentleherd.com.
