Return and Exchange Policy

We accept free exchange and refund on most items for a full refund for any reason within 28 days of you after the receipt. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. So please contact us via Email ([email protected]) your purpose and reason during the 28 days after you signed your package.

The refund would be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The requirement for product can be returned and exchange:

– Please Email us before you do return and exchange.

– Please provide the return tracking number of the receipt.

– Your item must be unworn. No signs of wear or damage. Please do not wash it.

– Keep original packaging, in the same condition when you received it. Include all tag and boxes.

Gentle Herd doesn’t accept return or exchange when the pieces:

– Final Sale or Markdown Sale Items

– Worn Items or Items damaged due to normal wear.

– No original packaging.
