Making An Order

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

You don’t need to have an account to place an order on our website, select your product size and color, and click “add to bag” to follow our detailed check out process of placing an order. However, it recommended that you have a Gentle Herd account to manage your order status before receiving your clothes.

How would I know which size to choose?

You can easily find your garment size from an international chart size provided on the website.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can cancel or change any order only within 24 hours from the time of purchase and no later than that. You may do so by contacting [email protected]

How can I pay?

You can quickly pay through Visa card, Master card, or PayPal.

How can I have a receipt and track of my order?

After you place an order, you will receive an email providing you with a receipt of your purchase and a tracking number.

Can I add to my order before shipping?

Yes, with the same address and within 24 hours of purchase, you can add to your order. For that purpose, contact [email protected] via email.

When shall I receive my package?

It takes 3 business days to prepare your package, and then an extra 7 to 14 working days for its shipment before you receive it.

Is international shipping free of cost?

Orders beyond $199 are all free of shipping costs. *Free shipping not available for some particular countries. Please refer to the shipping country charts from Shipping Policy page.

 

How can I have a track of my order?

After you place an order, you will receive a tracking number in your email. You can either track your order through the Courier website or sign in with your Gentle Herd account and click “My Order” to track the order status. 

Are duties and taxes included?

All duties and taxes included in the price shown on the item page.

  • The United Kingdom and EU countries.

The United Kingdom and EU countries are VAT free regions, so no tariffs are included in the products’ price.

  • Other international shipments

All Duties and taxes are calculated and paid before check out and delivery.

Return & Exchange

How to return and exchange?

We accept free exchange and refund on most items for a full refund for any reason within 28 days of you after the receipt. Any returns after this period will not be accepted. So please contact us via Email ([email protected]) your purpose and reason during the 28 days after you signed your package.

When can I receive my refund?

After the item is received, it is checked according to our return policy approval, and then an email will be sent to you to notify you. After your confirmation, the refund would be processed, and a refund will be made to your credit card or the original payment method. The processing time varies from 5 to 7 working days, depending on your financial institution.

We do not offer a price match for purchases made during the end-of-the-year sale (October 1st – December 31st).
